The forest pool in a district of Suhl, Goldlauter - Heidersbach, has a good reason for its name. It is situated on a slope at approx. 630 m above sea level on the outskirts of Heidersbach, but still in the middle of nature.

Due to its south-western hillside location, the bath has sunshine almost all day long, but also shady spots due to its old trees. The bath is fed by a spring, the water is crystal clear. A kiosk provides you with food and drinks.
